Tony has 30 years experience in the steel industry and started out as an apprentice with at JLG – manufacturers of world-class machinery. He took JLG’s approach to quality and carried it through to his own business.
Tony has acquired a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of supply and manufacture in the steel industry, including pneumatics and hydraulics associated with steel projects.
One of Tony, and Port City Steel’s, specialities is the design and manufacture of world-class machinery – Beautpress – which is supplied exclusively through Mitek Australia Ltd. These machines manufacture housing frames and trusses.
