These machines are world class and are supplied exclusively to MiTek Australia LTD. The machinery won a Mid North Coast Innovation Award, designed by Tony Kundicevic who owns and runs Port City Steel.

The machinery range is Australia wide and is producing components in some of the biggest truss plants in most major cities and regional areas.

BeautPress Trojan

The BeautPress Trojan is a high capacity platen press mounted on a heavy duty table. This makes the press ideal for the manufacture of complex trusses and also for short production orders.

Featuring a robust, stand-alone press with a ride-on platform and easy to use controls. The BeautPress is ideal for the manufacture of both hardwood and softwood roof trusses.

Available with a variety of table top options including:

J-Slot
Uni-Strut
Tapped Steel

This all allows for quick setup. The wide platen and alternate 50-60 tonne pressing capacity enable simultaneous pressing of multiple joints, which results in reducing overall pressing time.

The BeautPress Xpress is a platen style floor truss press with a small footprint.

Configurations available in either:

600mm wide version, perfect for building single floor trusses.
1200mm wide version for additional productivity in building two floor trusses simultaneously.
